• Transportation Infos: Getting to
• Booking confirmation email: If you haven’t got a booking confirmation email, it got lost somwhere in the WWW. Please note, that you have received and accepted all information in this regard during the booking process and that corresponding inquiries can unfortunately not be answered!
• Discount: Unfortunately as a very small business we are not in the position to give discounts. Please note though that all our tours are always private and we sell them for round about the same price, as most of the big companies do for their mass tourism tours!
• Duration: The durations are – up to – times and are depending much on you and your interest (preparation/instruction time included). If you come by taxi, you absolutely need to book your return taxi before – Order the return taxi for the time your program has finished latest, means for an up to 2 hour program, latest 2 hours after the starting time! There is absolutely NO waiting possibility at the Sanctuary, no matter what weather, as the animals have to be cared for and preparations have to be made for the next visitors!
• Parking: Please park in front of the sign Visitor Parking & wait there until you are picked up!
